Due to the nature of our eyelash products, for hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any eyelash products that are unwanted or if you have had a change of mind. If you have received a faulty or damaged item in your order, we are more than happy to exchange the product for you. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your faulty/damaged item.
It is important to note that each individual pair of our lashes is lovingly handmade using natural mink hairs or super natural synthetic fibres. Therefore, there may be very slight differences between each pair – this is not a fault, but adds uniquely beautiful characteristics to each pair from the way they are made and the materials we use.
We are only able to replace eyelashes if they are faulty or damaged. Rest assured, each pair of lashes is thoroughly inspected before being shipped out to you.
Upon receipt of your order, if you find an item is faulty/damaged, please send us an email to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number, details of the faulty item along with a clear image of the faulty goods. We will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your exchange.
